Ingredients:
- Honey
- Mustard (good quality is best, but I've done it with plain French's Yellow mustard with success.)
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (fresh ground)
- Mix equal parts of honey, mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil in a jar.
- Seal jar and shake until thoroughly mixed.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix again.
