Pasta Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

½ cup Mayonnaise — 120 g
¼ cup Greek yoghurt or sour cream 60 g
2 tbsp Lemon juice — 30 ml
1 tbsp Olive oil — 15 ml
1 tbsp Dijon mustard — 15 g
1½ tsp Honey / Maple syrup 10 g
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce — 10 ml
1 clove Garlic, finely grated
1 tsp Smoked paprika — 2 g
1 tsp Onion powder — 2 g
½ tsp Black pepper — 1 g
½ tsp Salt — about 3 g
1-2 tbsp Cold water — 15–30 ml, as needed
2 tbsp finely chopped pickled gherkins
1 tbsp of the pickle liquid.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
