Lara's Banana Bread

Ingredients:
3 large banana, mashed
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Mash bananas, add melted butter, egg & sugar, mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Bake in a loaf pan @ 325 for 50 - 55 minutes.
