Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped/sliced Radishes1/2 cup chopped Scallions
1/2 cup diced Onions
1 cup diced Carrots
1 cup diced sweet Peppers
1 cup diced cucumbers
1 cup diced Celery
1& 1/2 cup diced Tomatoes
3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
2 tsp Splenda granulated sweetner
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Chop all the vegetables in a large bowl. Make a dressing with the vinegar, oil and spices to pour over the vegetables. Toss and chill for 30 minutes before serving.Makes about 8 servings
