- 2 tablespoons mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili paste (Sambal Oelek)
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder, more, or less, to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon of fresh minced cilantro, optional and more, or less, to taste
Blend all the ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Note: This recipe will yield about 4 ounces of dipping sauce, but it can be easily doubled or tripled.
