Ingredients:
2C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2C chopped roasted pecans
1C chopped green onions
1C Mayo
1 jar hot pepper jelly
Directions
Mix 1st 4 ingredients and shape it into a loaf. Spread jelly on top and chill. It's even better the next day. Enjoy!
